Find Keystone Lodging
- River Run Village is one of the two main ski base areas.
Most of the village was constructed in the early 1990's so you will find modern accommodations. There
are a lot of similarities among the different condo buildings, such
as heated pools, common hot tubs, parking garages, full kitchens, etc. The village
has numerous restaurants, bars, and shops all in walking distance. The gondola is
also in walking distance of nearly all condos. Ski rentals, ski school, and lift
tickets all can be purchased in the village. Basically, if you are looking for a
modern ski condo, and want to walk to everything, then River Run Village is perfect.
- Mountain House is the original base area and is a very short bus ride,
or a half mile walk from River Run Village. This area features larger condos and
town homes often at a little lower price. Most accommodations are conveniently located
close to the slopes, and you walk to the lifts.
- Keystone Lakeside Village features condos, shops, and restaurants lay out
near or around Keystone Lake, a small pond. This 5 acre pond offers ice skating
in the winter, and paddle boats in the summer. Rentals are available. This area
is in town and about 1 miles to the ski area. It is not quite walk to lifts, but
there are shuttle that run frequently and drop you off at the base area.
- Keystone Ranch is a few miles down the high way and features larger luxury
vacation homes surrounded by 2 world - class golf courses. In the summer you spend
the days golfing, mountain biking, and hiking while enjoying luxury accommodations.
This area is a short drive to the ski resort. These homes are also great for larger
groups, and family reunions.
Activities
Skiing and snowboarding are the main attractions,
but there is much more to this town. You will also find snowmobile rentals, cross
country skiing, boat rentals on Lake Dillon, rafting, fly fishing, horse back riding,
mountain bike rentals, and more. There are numerous hiking and mountain bike areas
all through Summit County.
The town also hosts several festivals in the summer
months.
