How It Works...

1. Select a percent amount you are willing to discount from your normal prices when signing up. The higher the discount offered, the higher your properties are listed.

2. After signing up, login and add your properties into the network.

3. Your properties are displayed on this website, and possibly networked websites as well.

4. Once a customer makes a reservation, we contact you to confirm availability and book the property on the customer behalf.

5. You immediately receive payment for the reservation less the discout you offer.

6. After the reservation, we prefer you handle all travel documents with the customer in same manner as normal.

Purchase Terms: VACATIONLODGINGNETWORK.COM MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT This agreement (AGREEMENT), acknowledged and agreed to on the sign up date, by and between the PROPERTY MANAGER listed above, VacationLodgingNetwork.com, hereafter referred to as VLN, and ‘VLN AFFILIATES. A VLN AFFILIATE is defined as an independent booking agent, subscribing to a VLN product that offers a proposal-based reservation system, and having an agreement with VLN. Parties hereby agree to the following terms: A. VacationLodgingNetwork.com agrees to require all VLN AFFILIATES to agree to these general terms before having VLN’S authorization to market the PROPERTY MANAGERS' properties. 1. VLN AFFILIATES must represent PROPERTY MANAGER in a professional and accurate manner. 2. VLN AFFILIATES must propose PROPERTY MANAGERS’ properties in a VLN proposal system. 3. All material copied from the PROPERTY MANAGERS’ web site is used for the purpose to; promote and sell the PROPERTY MANAGERS' property. 4. If a specific request is made on a PROPERTY MANAGER’S property, the VLN AFFILIATE is required to enquire about availability, and propose the property if it is available. 5. VLN AFFILIATES must accurately represent and present the PROPERTY MANAGER'S Booking Terms. 6. VLN AFFILIATES must accurately present their self as an independent booking agent representing the PROPERTY MANAGER’S property. 7. All money collected on the PROPERTY MANAGER’S properties, must be mailed, or paid to the PROPERTY MANAGER within 48 hours of receipt, unless an exception is specifically agreed to between the PROPERTY MANAGER and the VLN AFFILIATE. B. The PROPERTY MANAGER grants VacationLodgingNetwork.com and VLN AFFILIATES the permissions to access the PROPERTY MANAGER’S web site for purpose of obtaining property pictures, descriptions, amenities, pricing, availability, booking terms, contract details, and other information for the purpose of promoting, proposing, and booking the PROPERTY MANAGER'S properties. C. VacationLodgingNetwork.com will email the PROPERTY MANAGER a user name and password to access their account online. The PROPERTY MANAGER agrees to keep all account information updated, and to accurately display the discount amount they typically offer to VLN AFFILIATES. D. The discount offered is an amount typically offered to VLN AFFILIATES. The exact discount offered is negotiated independently with the VLN AFFILIATE on each booking. E. The PROPERTY MANAGER agrees to offer a minimum of 10% discount to VacationLodgingNetwork.com and VLN AFFILIATES to participate in VLN’S Affiliate Discount Program. F. VLN affiliates must provide the customer with a reservation confirmation and disclose the PROPERTY MANAGER'S name and phone number to the customer on this document. G. The PROPERTY MANAGER agrees to send all travel and relevant post-purchase documents to the customer in a similar manner as all their customers. H. Any party may cancel this agreement at any time. If the PROPERTY MANAGER cancels, they must log into their account, and select the ‘I CANCEL’ button to end this agreement.
